Shipping and Payments


Packages are generally dispatched within a day or two after payment is received and are shipped via Canada Post, Fedex or UPS. Whichever carrier, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Items should be delivered within a few days anywhere in Ontario, about a week or so anywhere else.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all mailing information is correct before confirming any order.  If there is an error with your address we are not responsible and cannot be held liable if the package doesn't arrive.  If the item gets returned to us, we can offer a refund minus a 20% restocking fee or we can reship it to the proper address after receiving an additional shipping fee.

Canadian Gundam includes $100 worth of insurance on all shipped orders at no extra cost.  If your package arrives and is damaged do not accept it and contact us as soon as possible.


You also have the option to pick up your order. Our office is located in Hamilton, Ontario and if you want to save yourself some money then just select the Pick up in-store (Free!) button upon check out or Email / Call us if you want to pay cash.


All sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges, refunds or warranty.


At the moment we use Paypal as our checkout, its easier for us and safer for you. We do not ask for any credit card information!

Q: But I don't have a Paypal account so now what?

A: No problem, Paypal has a quick Credit Card process that is safe and easy!

This is how you do it. After selecting all your items you want to purchase complete the checkout all the way to Payment. Then click Paypal like so below!

Then, Click on the "Don't Have a Paypal Account?" Link ( ***)

Then, simply fill in your Credit Card information ( Double check the Address!! )  Click Review and Continue, Then Pay Now. Your payment is complete and your package is soon on its way!
